Due to the nature of handmade items and the variations between computers and monitors, please note that there may be slight differences in color between the item photos and product you receive. Also, since each piece is handmade, there may be slight discrepancies in the size or shapes of certain elements and pieces.
Sizing and Customizing
The standard size for bracelets is as follows (unless otherwise noted):
- Women: 7.25 inches
- Men: 9 inches
We want your pieces to fit you perfectly! All bracelets are either a standard length of 7 inches or will have a size option when ordering. If an item is not the proper size when you receive it, please contact the Lusso Studio to have it customized. Custom sizing is an additional charge depending on the gemstones and materials of the specific piece.
Below is the sizing chart. Custom sizing (larger or smaller than what is listed) is available for an additional charge.
- Extra Small: 6.5 inches
- Small: 7 inches
- Medium: 7.5 inches
- Large: 8 inches
- X-Large: 8.5 inches
- Men's Regular: 9 inches
- Men's Large: 9.5 inches
Note: These are bracelet sizes and NOT wrist sizes. Typically, bracelet size is 1 to 1.5 inches bigger than your actual wrist size.
Resizing is not available for necklaces which are all one of a kind.
Returns and Repairs
Lost In Lusso wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are not happy, unworn and unused items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless items are defective. Please contact our office via email at email@example.com to get a Return Order Number before sending your pieces back. Custom orders, personalized orders and sale/clearance items are all final sale.
We understand that accidents happen. Should any of your Lusso pieces become damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damaged item and an explanation of the damage. (For example, water damage, broken/stretched elastic, missing/broken clasps, chipped bead, etc.) We kindly request that you give us 5 business days to review your request and send you a Price Quote, Estimated Repair Time and Repair Order Number. Repairs are handled on a case by case basis and only the issues you list will be addressed and quoted. Shipping charges to send pieces to the studio must be paid by the customer and will not be refunded.
What if something in my order arrives broken or damaged?
We do our best to make sure that everything is properly packed for shipping, but we understand damaged or broken items do happen during transit. Lost in Lusso will repair the item within 30 days at no additional cost. Please contact us immediately and we will work to get you a replacement as quickly as possible.

Giving Lusso as a gift or party favors? Want your wedding party to have coordinating jewelry? Buy 12 or more of the same piece (same style and gemstone) and receive 10% off your order. Offer applies to custom orders of 12 or more of the same item. Please call the Lusso office via email at email@example.com for further details and to receive your Online Code.
Please allow up to four weeks for large orders to be made and completed. Rush ordering is available for an additional charge based on size of order and materials needed. Expedited shipping charges are additional to rush order charges.
Florida Residents will be charged a 6% sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders to any other states. International tax rates are calculated for each individual order.
