The Lusso Jewelry Club is a monthly membership where you receive an exclusive members only piece delivered right to your door. Throughout the year, you will receive a collection of bracelets, rings and necklaces all custom made to fit you.

When do you charge my credit card?
For prepaid subscriptions, your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of purchase. Month to month subscriptions will be charged when you first purchase a subscription and then the first of every month for as long as you remain subscribed. Three and six month subscriptions will be charged when you first purchase a subscription and then the first day of every new time
period for as long as you remain subscribed.
How will I be notified of Member Sales and Specials?
No snail mail here! We will notify you of any specials and sales via email. Plus, you will get the monthly Lost in Lusso Newsletter to find out about upcoming events and new pieces. Make sure you keep your email updated with us and add, email@example.com, to your address book to make sure our messages don’t end up in spam!
How will I be sure if my pieces fit?
We want to make sure your pieces fit you perfectly! Please use the "Printable Ruler" link at the bottom of this page to measure your wrist before selecting a bracelet size on the registration form. If you need a size adjustment during your membership simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the new size and we will make the adjustment for your next bracelet or ring.
Note: Bracelet sizes are NOT wrist sizes. Bracelet sizes are typically 0.5 to 1 inch more than your actual wrist. You are allowed one free size change with your membership, any additional size changes will be $5 per change.
When will I receive my first Club Piece?
Your first Club Piece will be shipped on the 15th of the month after you subscribe. For example, if you join on June 18th your first piece will shipped to you on July 15th.
How will my Club Piece ship?
Each Club Piece is packaged in a drawstring burlap bag for safe keeping. Each month you will receive a keepsake card with a description of the materials used in that piece. All packages ship via First Class USPS with delivery confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! We currently ship to the United States (including APO/AFO addresses) and Canada.
How do I send a Lost in Lusso Jewelry Club subscription as a gift?
Simply fill out the “This is a Lusso Gift!” section of the registration form. You can even include a personalized message that we will hand write and include in their first box.
Returns and Cancellations
What if one of the products arrives broken or damaged?
Oh no! We do our best to make sure that everything is packed well for shipping, but unfortunately we can not control how USPS treats packages. If you receive a broken or damaged bracelet, please contact us immediately and we will work to get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
What if I don’t like one of the pieces that I receive?
If for some reason you don’t love the bracelet you receive, remember that Lusso makes a great gift for a friend! Who doesn’t need a handy stash of gifts ready at a moments notice? Your Club Membership also makes you a member of the Lusso Trade In Program during your subscription. You can trade in your Club Pieces for shopping credits.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Certainly! While we hate to see you go, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Simply email us at email@example.com with your name, address, phone number and subscription type. Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your membership cancellation.
Unfortunately, prepaid subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, we will happily transfer the subscription to another recipient.
